This is an authentic antique Legendary-quality® 8-piece Singing Bowl Set custom matched on the rim tones as per the requirements and specifications of noted musicologist and sound researcher Alexandre Tannous. The set includes one harmonically-balanced singing bowl each in 5th octave rim tones, with an additional 6th octave tonic C. This wonderful Set includes circa 17th, 18th and 19th Century Tibetan singing bowls.

The fundamental tones of the singing bowls are: F#3 182 Hz, G#3 205 Hz (Concert Pitch -2 Hz), A#3 228 Hz, B3 246 Hz, C#4 283 Hz, D#4 303 Hz, F4 340 Hz and F#4 366 Hz.

First you'll hear the sound of the eight singing bowls struck on their upper outside edges with the wool side of the included Tibetan-wool mallet to produce their fundamental tones. Then you'll hear them played around their upper outside edges with the wood side of the same mallet to produce their rim tones.
