The set includes one harmonically-balanced singing bowl each in 5th octave rim tones, with an additional 6th octave tonic C and two 2nd octave fundamental Bass support singing bowls one of which is Concert Pitch.

The fundamental tones of the Bass support singing bowls are: G2 Hz (Concert Pitch) and B2 120 Hz. The fundamental tones of the other singing bowls are: F#3 183 Hz, G#3 204 Hz, A3 224 Hz, A#3 226 Hz, C#4 284 Hz, D#4 317 Hz, F4 355 Hz and G4 383 Hz.

First you'll hear the sound of the ten singing bowls played around their upper outside edges with the wood side of the included large Tibetan-wool mallet. struck on their upper outside edges with the included Professional gong mallet. Then you'll hear each bowl struck on their upper outside edges with the included Professional gong mallet to produce their fundamental tones.
